I just need to go to their website and click on the pop-up form placed at the left side. It’s like those pop-up chats on Facebook. Also, It’s labelled as “Request for Quotation”, so it’s noticeable and easier to find. All of the details about their car rental services are there, and I just have to fill it up. After that, they would send to my email address about the details of the quotation that I requested. If ever I had some questions, then I can just call them. I’m glad that they are easily reachable, so I didn’t go through much hassle.
The same process goes with their reservations. Once I’m satisfied with the quote, I can place a reservation on their website. Their reservation form is also a pop-up form just like in their quotation requests. It’s so convenient than having to directly contact their company. Personally, I do not like making reservations through calls because it’s quite difficult on my part to explain to the dealer. At least, with an online form like this, all the things that the dealer needs to confirm to their customer are listed. We just have to fill it up. What’s more, we get to sign up an account and track the status of our leased car in Singapore. I’ll know if I need to pay any extra service that I availed.

As for their payments, I like that they also accept debit cards. Since I am a foreigner, this works for me because I do not need to go to a currency exchange centre anymore to get extra SGD. Moreover, I do not have to visit their main office to pay for my rented car.

There was one incident in which the rented car broke down. I got into an accident in which I collided with a truck. The driver of the truck was driving too fast, so I didn’t have enough time to avoid it. I called the rental car service, hoping they would pick up. Fortunately, they have a 24-Hour breakdown service. They were able to assist me right away and arranged a new vehicle for me to use
